Police: Auburn woman stabbed Unity House employee

An Auburn woman was arrested Friday for allegedly stabbing a man in the hand, according to the Auburn Police Department.

Ashley M. Wilson, 27, of Auburn was charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony, and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a class A misdemeanor.

Police said Wilson, who has an apartment with the non-profit housing and rehabilitation organization Unity House, attacked an employee with the group at approximately 7:45 pm. Police said the the victim received cuts on his hand and was treated and released from Auburn Community Hospital.
