Adam Wilk struggles as Mets’ win streak snapped

Their rotations in flux, the Marlins and Mets each found themselves in need of spot starts on Sunday. For the Marlins, things worked out as well as they could have hoped. For the Mets, the opposite was true.

Jose Urena carried a no-hitter into the sixth inning of a 7-0 victory at Citi Field, giving the Marlins six innings of one-hit ball in place of injured starter Edinson Volquez. That contrasted sharply with Mets left-hander Adam Wilk’s outing: 3 2/3 innings and six runs (five earned) as a last-minute substitute for suspended pitcher Matt Harvey.
