Waterloo man charged with DWI

The Waterloo Police Department reports that on May 15th at about 1:23 am, officers arrested Curtis N. Brosius, 27, of Waterloo.

Brosius was charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated DWI .18 blood-alcohol content or higher, speed, and failure to keep right.

The Charges stem from a traffic stop on Stark St. in the Village of Waterloo where it is alleged that Brosius’ vehicle was speeding and swerving in the roadway.

After investigation Brosius was taken into custody for driving while intoxicated. Brosius was released on tickets and is to appear in the Village of Waterloo Court on June 7th, 2017 at 5:00 pm.
