Seneca Falls man charged with workers compensation fraud

State Police say a Seneca Falls man was charged with workers compensation fraud after an investigation.

Police arrested Anthony M. Marcuccilli, 36, of Seneca Falls was arrested after an investigation revealed that he submitted numerous workers compensation forms containing false information and obtained benefits as a result.

He was charged with several counts of offering a false instrument for filing, and third-degree grand larceny. All of the charges are felonies, according to police.

State Police were assisted in the investigation by the United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General, and the Seneca County District Attorney’s Office.
