Big upstate drug bust nabs two from Auburn

Two Auburn women were among more than 100 people charged in a major drug bust in upstate New York, the attorney general’s office said Friday.

Katie M. Davison and Sarah Ashley, both of Auburn, were on a list of 106 individuals charged in connection with two major drug distribution networks that transported heroin, fentanyl and cocaine to St. Lawrence County, according to a press release.

Davison, 25, of 64 Orchard St., allegedly turned herself into the Auburn Police Department Thursday night. She has been charged with second-degree conspiracy, a class B felony, for allegedly ordering cocaine in a series of coded, cryptic messages in October 2016.
