Shortsville woman sent to hospital after Gorham crash

Deputies say a Shortsville woman was injured in a crash on Kearney Rd. in Gorham on Saturday around 6:59 am.

Jennifer Case, 39, of Shortsville was traveling south on Kearney Rd. in her 2002 Toyota when she swerved to the left to avoid a deer, which had entered the roadway.

She left the east side of the road and entered the ditch. She was wearing a seatbelt and airbags were deployed.

Case complained of pain throughout her body and was transported to F.F. Thompson Hospital by the Stanely-Hall-Gorham Ambulance.

The Gorham Fire Department also responded to the scene.
