Six Republican members of Congress from New York, nearly all of whom represent upstate districts, are on Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s political hit list.
Cuomo held a rally in New York City Tuesday to launch the New York Fights Back initiative. The goal of the campaign is to unseat GOP representatives who voted for the American Health Care Act, a bill backed by President Donald Trump and House Republican leaders to dismantle the Affordable Care Act.
The targets are U.S. Reps. Chris Collins, John Faso, Tom Reed, Elise Stefanik, Claudia Tenney and Lee Zeldin.
