Rochester man charged after trespassing, damaging property in Tyre

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that a Rochester man was arrested on June 22nd for trespassing after he was removed from a business in Tyre due to unlawful conduct.

Deputies say Richard J. Karre III, 28, of Rochester was removed and then returned a short time later damaging property at the Tyre business.

Karre was charged with fourth-degree criminal mischief and trespass.

He was arraigned in Tyre Town Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash bail or $1,000 secured bond.

He will appear again in Tyre Town Court on July 18th to answer the cahrge.
