Fayette man charged after domestic incident

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on Monday around 1:15 am deputies responded to a domestic incident in the Town of Fayette.

The investigation determined taht Robert W. Lyman, 31, of Fayette was involved in a physical altercation with a Fayette resident, and during that altercation — Lyman pushed the female to the ground while in the presence of two 8-year-old children.

Lyman was charged with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. He will answer the charges at a later date in Fayette Town Court.
