Deputies: Traffic stop leads to DWI charge for Rochester man

The Seneca County Sheriff’s Office reports that on July 29th at approximately 11 pm deputies arrested Daniel A. Patterson, 43, of Rochester on State Route 96A in Fayette after a traffic stop.

Patterson was charged with driving while intoxicated, driving with a blood-alcohol content of .08 percent, and insufficient tail lights.

He was released on an appearance ticket and will answer the charges at a later date.
