Police say a Seneca Falls man was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital after a motorcycle and car collided at the intersection of State St. and Chapel St. around 7:30 am.
Jeremy Brown, 24, of Seneca Falls was southbound on State St. on his motorcycle, when a vehicle being operated by Daniel Taliercio, 26, of Rose made a left turn from Chapel St. into the path of the motorcycle.
Brown was transported to Strong Memorial Hospital for treatment of a leg injury, according to police.
Meanwhile, Taliercio was issued a summons for failure to yield the right of way. Brown was issued a summons for operating out of class, unregistered motorcycle and uninspected motorcycle.
The motorcycle sustained extensive damage and was towed from the scene, according to police. Taliercio’s vehicle sustained moderate damage, and was driven from the accident.
