Romulus man faces four charges after investigation into domestic violence

Deputies in Seneca County arrested a 44-year-old Romulus man following an investigation into the report of domestic violence at a local residence.

Deputies say Stevie Yoder, 44, of Romulus was charged with four counts of endangering the welfare of a child. The charges stem from an investigation into reported domestic violence, where he allegedly was physically violent toward the children.

Reports indicate that Yoder used excessive corporal punishment with children less than 17-years-old.

He was arraigned in Lodi Town Court and remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $2,500 cash bail.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
