Seneca Falls man arrested on assault charges after Byrne Dairy fight

On October 23rd at approximately 12:19 pm, the Town of Seneca Falls Police arrested Jean R. Castagne, 35, of Seneca Falls on an arrest warrant for two counts of third-degree assault.

The warrant stems from a fight that occurred in September 2017 at Byrne Dairy in the Town of Seneca Falls where Castagne is accused of injuring two people.

Castagne was arraigned in Seneca Falls Town Court and was remanded to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $500 cash or $1,000 insured bond.

He is scheduled to reappear in Seneca Falls Town Court on November 2nd, 2017 at 5:30 pm.
