For months, motorists traveling on Routes 5&20 near the Seneca-Geneva town line have watched a massive, new building being erected.
On Tuesday, the Friendly Ford dealership opens at its new location, three days after it closes up shop just down the road in the town of Geneva. A grand opening is planned for Nov. 18.
The new dealership is between the D’Amico Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram and Harley-Davidson businesses.
“Our new dealership will be more than double the size of our current location at 45,000 square feet,” Friendly Ford General Manager Jeff McKee said. “It will have a state-of-the-art showroom, an automated car wash, modern customer service areas and 22 service bays. Our vehicle inventory will also be increased.”
