Seneca Falls man ticketed after reckless driving complaint

On Thursday, November 9th at 11:08 am the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested Jeremy A. Capron, 22, of Waterloo following a reckless driving complaint.

The arrest stems from a reckless driving complaint where Capron was observed driving backwards down a roadway and failing to stop at a stop sign.

During the traffic stop on Bridge St., police also located marijuana inside the vehicle.

He was issued traffic tickets for unsafe backing and failing to stop at a stop sign.

He was also issued an appearance ticket for unlawful possession of marijuana, then released from the scene.

Capron is scheduled to appear in the Town of Seneca Falls Court on December 4th, 2017, at 5:30 pm.
