Ontario and Wayne county businesses made strong showings in the recent Rochester Chamber of Commerce Top 100, which recognizes the fastest-growing privately owned companies in the greater Rochester region.
Ontario County had 14 businesses on the list, mostly in Victor, which has been the epicenter of the county’s strong business growth for over four decades.
Mike Manikowski, who leads economic development efforts in Ontario County, said the county’s strong showing indicates the quality of businesses that have chosen to do business locally.
“On behalf of the Ontario County Board of Supervisors and the Office of Economic Development we would like to congratulate the Ontario County companies that made the Rochester Top 100,” he said. “This achievement is a testament to these innovative businesses, their owners, management and great employees. Ontario County is grateful to these entrepreneurs and skilled employees who help make the county an outstanding place to do business.”
