A 51-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested after a traffic stop where police say he drove over a curb.
The Canandaigua Police Department arrested Timothy L. MacMillan, 51, of Canandaigua for felony driving while intoxicated, felony driving with a BAC of .08 percent or more, felony driving while ability impaired by drugs, felony driving while ability impaired by drugs and alcohol, failure to keep right, improper right turn, uninspected motor vehicle and registration sticker not affixed.
The charges came after police witnessed MacMillan making a right turn onto Beeman St. from Pleasant St. When he made the turn, police say he drove over the curb.
He was found to be under the influence of drugs and alcohol, with a previous conviction in 2008, which made the charges felonies.
