Canadice man charged with felony DWI in Canandaigua

On November 30th at 10:22 pm New York State Police at Canandaigua arrested James E. Cratsley, 52, of Canadice for Felony DWI.

While on patrol, Troopers observed a vehicle cross over the fog line on four separate occasions nearly striking a guide rail.

A traffic stop was initiated and during the interview of Cratsley a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage was coming from him. He was given roadside field sobriety test’s which were failed.

Police say he had a previous DWI conviction in the last ten years.

Cratsley was transported to SP Canandaigua for processing where he refused a chemical breath test, he was issued two traffic tickets.
