Shortsville man sexually assaulted estranged wife

The Palmyra Police Department reports the arrest of a Shortsville man following an incident that took place during the late-evening hours of November 29th.

Kolby G. Clayton, 27, of Shortsville was charged with forcible touching. The incident involved his estranged wife of two-and-a-half years, who entered the home through an unlocked door.

Police say that he entered the residence to retrieve his 6-year-old son and placed him in a running car. After doing so, he re-entered the home and went to his estranged wife’s bedroom, and sexually assaulted her.

Police say Clayton placed his head between the victim’s legs, which he admitted to doing, before he was punched in the head by his estranged wife.

The charge will be answered at a later date in Palmyra Village Court.
