A Brutus man is facing a felony charge after he allegedly struck a person with a coffee mug and a laptop computer.
New York State Police arrested Eduardo L. Calderon-Lopez, 33, after responding to a domestic incident call Tuesday afternoon. Police said Calderon-Lopez hit the victim with the two objects causing several lacerations to his face and the top of his head. The individual refused medical treatment at the time, police added.
Calderon-Lopez was charged with second-degree assault, a class D felony. He was also charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon, a misdemeanor.
