Robert Corey is charged with four counts of third-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance. His previously sealed indictment was made public Friday afternoon.
According to court documents, police issued a search warrant at his Hartford Road home around 6 a.m. on July 12 in Tioga County. Because the home is within 500 yards of Tompkins County, local police officers were able to investigate claims into his alleged drug sale involvement.
