The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Sodus man for aggravated driving while intoxicated after a traffic stop.
Jacob Beach, 38, was charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated.
Beach was stopped for traffic violations, and upon stopping the vehicle, it was determined that Beach was operating the while in an intoxicated condition.
He was subsequently arrested for aggravated driving while intoxicated, operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content of .18 percent, failure to keep right, moving from lane unsafely, and unregistered motor vehicle.
Beach was issued uniform traffic tickets to appear in Sodus Town Court at a later date to answer the charges.
