Deputies: Seneca Castle man fired off gun inside home, no one injured

Deputies say they arrested a Seneca Castle man on multiple charges after an incident involving a firearm on New Years Eve day.

Tyler DiCicco, 27, was charged with second-degree reckless endangerment, unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon after allegedly firing off a gun inside his home.

Deputies say he then left the property in a vehicle that did not belong to him.

He was taken to the Ontario County Jail to be held until arraignment. The charges would be answered in Seneca Town Court at a later date, according to deputies.
