Deputies: Huron man threatened to burn victim’s house down, harm their spouse in voice and text messages

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Huron man following an investigation into reported harassing messages received by an unnamed victim.

Deputies arrested Ryan D. Robinson, 24, of Huron for second-degree aggravated harassment. He is accused of sending several text and voice messages via Facebook Messenger, threatening to burn the victim’s house down and harm the victim’s spouse.

Robinson was arraigned in Huron Town Court and remanded to the Wayne County Jail.

He is scheduled to return to Huron Town Court at a later date for further proceedings.
