Greece driver faces drug charges after Wayne County traffic stop

The Wayne County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of a Greece woman after a traffic stop.

Kelly I. Antochi, 40, of Greece was charged with driving while ability impaired by drugs and fourth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance.

Deputies say Antochi was driving westbound on Ridge Road and was stopped for failing to keep right. Upon further investigation and speaking with Antochi, it appeared she was under the influence of drugs.

She submitted to standard field sobriety tests and was placed under arrest. She was found to be possessing two suspected edible marijuana candies, which weighed approximately 32 grams, according to deputies.

She was arraigned and remanded to the Wayne County Jail on $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
