Waterloo man accused of throwing beer bottle, damaging jukebox at local establishment

A 26-year-old Main Street resident was charged by Waterloo Police on a felony charge following an investigation into a thrown beer bottle inside a Waterloo business.

Nicholas E. Schessl, 26, was charged with disorderly conduct and second-degree criminal mischief. The criminal mischief charge is a Class D felony, according to police.

Police say they received a complaint where it is alleged that Schessle threw a beer bottle inside a Village of Waterloo business and damaged a digital juke box.



He was arraigned in Waterloo Village Court and committed to the Seneca County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1,000 cash bail or $2,000 secured bond.

The charges will be answered at a later date.
