Deputies: Steuben supervisor faces felony drug charge

The Steuben County Sheriff’s Office reports the arrest of current Caton Town Supervisor Lynn E. Tucker.

The 65-year-old elected official was arrested on a Superior Court warrant, after allegedly possessing and selling marijuana.

As result, Tucker was charged with fourth-degree criminal possession of marijuana. He was also charged with third-degree criminal sale of marijuana, which is a Class E felony.



The arrest took place on Monday, Jan. 15, 2018, but it’s unclear how long any investigation may have been taking place.
