Seneca Falls man arrested after fight roadside with another driver

On Tuesday at approximately 5:35 pm the Town of Seneca Falls Police Department arrested a 22-year-old following the report of a male fighting in the road on State Route 414.

Police say Jeremy A. Capron, 22, of Seneca Falls is accused of operating his motor vehicle while holding a suspended New York State Driver’s License due to being a persistent violator and subsequently engaging in an altercation roadside with a male in his respective vehicle.

Capron is accused of damaging the victim’s vehicle, obstructing traffic during the altercation, and engaging in violent behavior while in public.



He was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation, two counts of disorderly conduct and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

The charges will be answered in Seneca Falls Town Court.
