Police: Sodus man was speeding, had 0.21% BAC

State Police say a Sodus man was speeding and driving without tail lights, which prompted a traffic stop in Wayne County over the weekend.

Nicholas M. Fox, 23, was stopped on State Route 21 in Sodus for having no tail lights and speeding. He then failed multiple field sobriety tests, and was transported to State Police Lyons where he provided a breath sample of .21 percent.

He was subsequently charged with driving while intoxicated, aggravated driving while intoxicated, failure to keep right, inadequate tail lights and speeding.

All of the charges will be answered in Palmyra Town Court at a later date.
