The Seneca Falls Development Corporation (SFDC) announced the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors during its recent annual meeting.
Joining the SFDC Board are Gerald Graziano and Diana Smith, who are replacing Menzo Case, CEO Generations Bank; and Pat Nugent, ITT/Goulds Pumps, who each completed their designated terms on the board.
Gerald Graziano, who will also serve as Board Treasurer, leads the Generations Insurance Agency team with offices in Seneca Falls, Auburn, Geneva and Farmington. He has more than 20 years of insurance industry experience and several years with Generations as both an agency owner and commercial lines producer.
Diana Smith is a Former Mayor of the Village of Seneca Falls and has years of direct experience related to State and local government, municipal strategic planning, grant collaboration, and operations.
“Each of our newest Board members embody the spirit of community and bring diverse talent, expertise and energy to the table. We are very fortunate to have them on the team as we work to strengthen economic development opportunities in Seneca Falls,” said Greg Zellers, SFDC Director.
The SFDC, formed in 2007 as an arm of the Seneca Falls Town Council, is committed to economic and community development within the Town of Seneca Falls. Through the planning and implementation of programs, projects, and activities that encourage growth and improvement, the SFDC works to stimulate the local economy, boost the Town’s visibility, and improve residential and commercial appeal.
