Ithaca, Elmira duo charged in Watkins Glen larcenies; face felony drug charges

An investigation into recent larcenies at the Watkins Glen Walmart has resulted in two arrests and multiple felony charges.

Angel M. Pierson, 29, of Elmira and Corey D. Grace, 28, of Ithaca were both charged with third-degree unlawful manufacture of methamphetamine, criminal possession of precursor of methamphetamine, fourth-degree grand larceny, two counts of seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and fourth-degree criminal mischief.

The duo is accused of producing methamphetamine and being part of larcenies at the Walmart in Watkins Glen.

Both were arraigned in Watkins Glen Village Court and committed to the Schuyler County Jail in lieu of $15,000 cash bail.

Preliminary hearings have been scheduled for Watkins Glen Village Court this week.
