A 20-year-old Lyons resident faces multiple charges as part of an active hit-and-run investigation, which happened in Victor on Monday.
Deputies say they arrested Amari R. Linzy-Richardson, 20, of Lyons on multiple charges after the investigation into the hit-and-run accident on Saurer Farms Drive in Victor on March 12th.
She was charged with second-degree assault and leaving the scene of a personal injury accident.
Deputies say the accident left a 55-year-old female hospitalized with a broken shoulder and other minor injuries. They say that Linzy-Richardson was backing out of the driveway and struck the 55-year-old victim.
She and her vehicle were located hours later and was taken into custody without further incident.
Deputies say she is being held at the Ontario County Jail and will appear in Victor Town Court to answer the charges.
However, the investigation remains active.
