Clyde woman failed to report residency, income properly; arrested on felony charge

On May 11th at about 9:45 a.m. investigators arrested a Clyde woman after failing to report residency and income properly.

Kayla E. Reintjes, 26, of Clyde was charged with offering a false instrument for filing in the first degree. The charges is a Class E felony, according to deputies.

It is alleged that Reintjes failed to report that she had moved from Seneca County while receiving monetary assistance.

She was issued an appearance ticket and is to appear in the Waterloo Village Court on July 11th 5 p.m.
