Facing a team it lost to twice during the season and having just a surrendered a three-goal lead in 70 seconds, Ithaca turned to its go-to guy in overtime.
Senior Ryan Sposito came through, scoring with 12.1 seconds left in the first overtime to lift the Little Red to an exciting, 10-9 victory over Corning in Thursday’s Section 4 Class A boys lacrosse final on a beautiful night at Binghamton Alumni Stadium.
