Five players who signed with Syracuse football earlier this offseason have officially enrolled, per SU Athletics.
Defensive back Trill Williams, offensive lineman Carlos Vettorello, running back Akeem Dixon, running back Jarveon Howard and wide receiver Anthony Queeley are all on campus for Summer Session I.
Williams, SU’s highest-rated prospect and the lone four-star addition, according to 247Sports.com’s composite rankings, is expected to compete for snaps at cornerback as a true freshman. The Archbishop Stepinac (White Plains, N.Y.) High School product has a knack for playmaking — on both sides of the ball — and is physically ready for the college game at 6 feet, 2 inches and 190 pounds
