A 26-year-old Rochester man was charged with felony DWI after a traffic stop in Canandaigua last week, according to police.
The Canandaigua Police Department reports the arrest of Daniel D. Luther, 26, of Rochester for driving while intoxicated, a felony, as well as no tail lamps and moving from lane unsafely.
Luther was observed operating his vehicle, traveling north on North Main Street with no tail lamps after dark. While pulling over, police say Luther drove over the curb at the side of the road.
He was subsequently arrested for felony driving while intoxicated after it was determined that he had a prior DWI conviction in the last ten years.
He was transported to the Ontario County Jail.
The charges will be answered at a later date.
