Canandaigua man accused of forcible touching; three teens ID’d as victims

Deputies say a 27-year-old Canandaigua man was arrested and issued appearance tickets following a forcible touching investigation involving three separate teens.

David J. Ransom was charged with one count of forcible touching and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child after investigation determined that he touched the intimate parts of three separate females.

Deputies say those females were 14-, 16-, and 17-years-old.

Ransom was issued an appearance ticket for the offenses and will return to Victor Town Court at a later date.

Orders of protection were issued on behalf of all victims.
