Waterloo teen accused of rape; victims 12- and 15-years-old

On Tuesday the New York State Police in Waterloo arrested an 18-year-old Waterloo resident after receiving a complaint about inappropriate contact between him and two female children.

Dustin T. Clark, of Waterloo was charged with second-degree rape, a class “D” felony, second-degree disseminating indecent material to a minor, a class “E” felony, sexual misconduct and endangering the welfare of a child, both class “A” misdemeanors.

It is alleged that Clark engaged in sexual intercourse with a 12-year-old female and a 15-year-old female on separate occasions within Seneca County, as well as sending sexually explicit videos and photos to those females.

Clark was arraigned at Seneca County Central Arraignment where he was granted pretrial release.

Orders of protection were issued to the victims and Clark will appear in Waterloo Town Court at a later date.
