Police: Man struck another during incident in Seneca Falls

On Tuesday at 11:27 am police arrested Raymond W. Parsons, 47, of Seneca Falls, New York following a disorderly conduct complaint.

Parsons became upset with another male during a verbal argument and retaliated by throwing a cup of coffee onto the victim.

Additionally, he struck the male in the face while holding him in a headlock, according to police.



Parsons was charged with harassment in the second degree, a violation.

There were no serious injuries sustained by the victim.

He was processed and released on an appearance ticket. The charges will be answered at a later date.
