Deputies: Clyde man ticketed after rollover accident, vehicle blaze

Deputies say a 30-year-old Clyde resident was issued tickets after a personal injury accident on State Route 414 in Lodi.

According to deputies, Timothy D. Caves, 30, of Clyde was traveling south on Route 414 when he fell asleep – and struck a bridge underpass – causing the vehicle to roll and slide several hundred feet on its roof.

Shortly after Caves crawled out of the vehicle, it caught fire and was totaled.

Deputies say he was issued traffic tickets and treated by South Seneca Ambulance.

Lodi Fire and Rescue assisted at the scene.
