Dalton Banks threw for three touchdowns and Cornell beat Brown 34-16 on Saturday. Banks had 265 yards passing for the Big Red (3-3, 2-1 Ivy League). Harold Coles ran for 141 yards and a touchdown and had a receiving TD. Lars Pedersen caught three passes for 100 yards and a score.
Banks hit Coles for a 27-yard touchdown late in the second quarter and Owen Peters had a short reception for another score and Cornell was up 14-10 at halftime.

Cornell will attempt to start a win streak over Brown for the first time in a quarter century when the Big Red visits the Bears on Saturday, Oct. 20 at 1:00 p.m. at Brown Stadium in Providence, R.I.
The contest will be broadcast live on WHCU 870 AM/97.7 FM with Barry Leonard and Buck Briggs ‘76 on the call, with live video on ESPN+ with Allen Bestwick and Nick Coit in the booth.
After Cornell’s 34-7 victory over the Bears last season in Ithaca, the Big Red has a chance to win two straight against Brown for the first time since it claimed four consecutive contests in the series from 1990-93.
