Stolen car found at Geneva hotel; felony charges filed against Rochester man

Police say a 22-year-old Rochester man was arrested in Geneva on December 27th at approximately 1:29 p.m. after they received the report of a stolen vehicle parked at a local hotel.

Police responded to the Fairfield Inn for the report of a stolen vehicle, which resulted in the arrest of Gary L Junious, Jr., 22, of Rochester.

He was charged with second-degree criminal possession of stolen property. It’s a Class C felony, according to police.

They say additional felony charges may be pending.
