California man charged with felony sex abuse in Geneva

Police say an 18-year-old California man was charged with felony sex abuse in Geneva following an investigation into an incident that occurred in the city.

On Thursday at approximately 2:35 p.m. detectives arrested Marco T. Ferrer-James, 18, of San Francisco, California after allegedly subjecting another individual to sexual contact.

Investigators say the victim in this case was incapable of providing consent by reason of being physically helpless.
