‘Loaded Dice’ Casino Night to benefit Comfort Care Home

After a 2-year break, Keuka Comfort Care Home, a two-bedroom palliative care home, is back with a “Loaded Dice” Casino Night Saturday, April 6 at the Penn Yan Moose Lodge #2030. Cocktails, dinner, dancing, and games of chance will have you rolling the dice for a chance to earn chips to win fabulous prizes and gift certificates.

The evening begins with cocktails from 5:30 to 6 p.m. a four-course dinner starts at 6:30 p.m. prepared by the Finger Lakes Community College Culinary students and their professors. Meal choices will be tenderloin of beef, stuffed chicken breast, and a vegetarian risotto (gluten free).

Kate Ferguson Schmidl and David Kuykendall will be playing easy listening music throughout the evening for your enjoyment. They play a nice variety of soft, jazzy music.

There will be at least 10 gaming tables provided by Endeavor Entertainment from Syracuse, including blackjack, craps, roulette, and more. If you or your business would like to chip in $150 at the Fools’ Gold Level, you will own the table. Other levels include: $100 – Silver Coin Level, $75 Bronze Bucket Level, $50 – Loaded Dice Level to help defray the cost of the tables and dealers. With all these choices, you will own all or part of a table for the night and you will have your name displayed on the table with whatever else you would like to display to advertise your business.

If you or your business would like to send a person(s) to be trained that afternoon as a dealer for your table, Endeavor Entertainment will train them. To get into the fun of the evening, we encourage the dealers to dress the part.

Presale tickets will be available at Pinckney Hardware, Penn Yan Moose Lodge #2030, Longs’ Cards and Books, and at KCCH until March 27. Tickets will be $40 donation for the dinner, music and 3,000 gambling chips. For a $15 donation, you get 3,000 gambling chips to play with.
