David Castaneda is a registered level two sex offender. State Police say he had forced sexual contact with an individual in October 2018 after he had posed as a SUNY Brockport student on social media.
He has been charged with criminal sex act and 12 counts of falsifying a business record for filing false records with the college. He was remanded to jail on $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.
Castaneda, troopers say, may also be known as David Cataneda Trejo or David James.
