The second and third robbers charged in the May 2018 armed robbery of the Geneva Pick Quick have pleaded guilty and await a restitution hearing.
Jessica Cram, 28, pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery and bail jumping in exchange for a sentence of five years in state prison, plus five years of post release supervision. Miguel Perez pleaded guilty to first-degree robbery, second-degree robbery, second-degree kidnapping and bail jumping. He was sentenced to seven and a half years plus five years of post-release supervision.
The two join Orlando Perez-Lopez, who was previously sentenced to eight years for his role in the brazen robbery.
“This was a vicious armed robbery.” said Ontario County District Attorney James Ritts after the plea. “They knocked down, zip tied and pointed a gun in the face of the workers as they robbed the place.”
