Sheriff Kevin Henderson says a Rochester resident was arrested on felony drug charges after an investigation involving agencies from three different counties.
He says the Ontario County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Taskforce was assisted by officers from Wayne County, Seneca County, as well as the Canandaigua and Geneva police departments.
They charged David Espinosa with criminal sale of a controlled substance, a Class B felony. He’s accused of selling crack cocaine on two occasions in the Town of Victor.
He was arraigned on the charges and held on $2,000 bail. The charges will be answered at a later date.
