Police: Seneca Falls teen charged after reports of incident involving handgun

The Seneca Falls Police department reports the arrest of a teen following an investigation into a disturbance that occurred at the Seneca Falls Community Center skate park on May 23rd.

Hunter W. Struzyk, 19, was charged with menacing and endangering the welfare of a child after it was alleged that a handgun was threatened, or displayed during an incident.

As result, Struzyk was issued appearance tickets to answer in Seneca Falls Town Court at a later date.

Police say no one was hurt during the incident, and through investigation – police were able to determine that a handgun was possessed by Struzyk.
