Holding the ashes of their teenage son, Mike and Regina Stewart share their concern over new bail reform.

Chris Stewart was a senior at Shen in 2012, when he was hit and killed by a drunk and drugged driver on the Northway.

“While our son would have been killed in the crash on the side of the road through no fault of his own, the offender would have been ticketed, with no bail, and asked to come back to court at a future date,” Regina Stewart said.
