Police: Penn Yan man harassed victim for months

The Penn Yan Police Department reports the arrest of a 33-year-old village man following an incident that occurred earlier in the week.

Justin Bolin, 33, of Penn Yan was charged with second-degree harassment.

He’s accused of harassing an individual multiple times over the course of a few months. The final incident took place earlier in the week, according to police.

Bolin was transported to the Penn Yan Police Department to be processed. He’ll appear in court at a later date.
